Young Soul Readers launched in January 2023. This group meets on the third Monday of each from from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Their slogan is, “No one is ever too old to read a good book.” Shelli Kauffman, skauffman@bremen.lib.in.us, is the leader.

A simplified version of traditional theater, in which actors read directly from scripts (no memorization required here!) and perform with a minimal amount of preparation. The Readers Book Club meets the third Wednesday of each month from 2:15 to 3:15 p.m. in the Library’s Lower Level Meeting Room. This club was started in November 1999 and grew so quickly a second group had to be formed. Terrie Bickel, tbickel@bremen.lib.in.us, is the current leader of the Readers.
